My evolving love affair with reformer pilates has grown my appreciation of feeling both feminine and strong. This balance has not only enhanced my confidence but also my performance throughout my fitness journey. For me, it all begins with my outfit, a personal expression that sets the tone for my workout.

This realisation sparked the vision for a brand that intertwines femininity and strength – a place where elegance meets power. And so, core girl was born.
